The Process

Our porcelain pieces are crafted from kaolin, a pure white clay that is sourced locally in Jingdezhen. The clay is first formed into the desired shape by hand or using a mold. After drying, the pieces are fired in a kiln at a high temperature. This process, which can take up to several days, gives the porcelain its strength and durability.

The Artistry

Our skilled artisans then apply the intricate designs and patterns that make Jingdezhen porcelain so unique. These designs are often hand-painted or applied using a transfer method. Once the designs are complete, the pieces are fired in the kiln again at a lower temperature to set the designs and bring out the vibrant colors.
